Call of Duty Vanguard to support AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR)

This could be one of the first games in the COD series to feature AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) … and it looks super good.

Taken from Videocardz … This weekend COD: V will have an open beta for every person willing to test the new game. Currently, it is only now available to people who preordered the game on PS5, XBOX Series XS/One, and PC. Gamers were already quick to discover that AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution is actually listed in the game files.

Noted, this does not guarantee that Sledgehammer Gamers will enable the technology, but judging from how easy it is to implement, there is no reason why they shouldn’t at this point.

Interestingly, NVIDIA DLSS has not been announced or even listed in the game’s files, despite the technology being available to COD: Warzone and Cold War, a predecessor to Vanguard.
