Clear River Games, a video game publisher specialising in classic and retro games, announced today that one of the most legendary shoot-em-ups of all time will soon return to modern platforms, remastered, reloaded, and razor-sharp.
Developed by Tokyo-based IREM SOFTWARE ENGINEERING who were responsible for the original version of this classic title, R-Type Delta HD Boosted will land digitally on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 Xbox and PC in 2025. A physical version of the game will also be available on Nintendo Switch and PS5.
